Rossini Zumwalt

Chief Payment Officer

Rossini Zumwalt is chief payment officer for Emergent™ Technology. She has extensive experience setting strategy and managing operations for e-commerce payments and risk, both as a merchant and solution provider.

Rossini joined Emergent™ in 2015 and has since been expanding operations into new markets and growing the business on a global scale. She manages international and local payment portfolios, enhances payment partnerships, leads payment business operations, and fosters client engagement and advocacy.

Prior to emergent, Rossini served as the Senior Director, eBusiness Orders and Payment Management based in Luxembourg . During this time, she lead the global payment and risk teams to enable the growth of the B2C, B2B and enterprise commerce business units. She joined Symantec in 1994 as a treasury professional and held several positions of increasing responsibility including director of finance, head of global treasury and company manager of Symantec Software’s Gérant Technique. She also held several leadership roles for the Merchant Risk Council.

Rossini graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus in finance and minor in mathematics from San Jose State University in California’s Silicon Valley.
