Mitchell Davis has extensive experience in startup development and a strong background in technology. He is Emergent™ Technology Holdings Chief Commercial Officer, as well as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emergent™ Payments, a company he co-founded in 2006. Mitch is leading the commercialization of the Responsible Gold™ supply chain and commercial operation, including the G-Coin. The G-Coin™ is a conflict-free, tokenized gram of gold that has a digital certificate of ownership that can be used for investing, wealth transfer and payments.

Mitch’s experience as Chairman and CEO of Emergent Payments brings extensive experience to the team in global transactions, especially in emerging markets. Emergent Payments delivers a total global and local payments solution for international markets and is focused on digital eCommerce for the fast-moving game industry, serving merchants across diverse industries including, digital entertainment, games, software, services, mobile, education, and electronics.

A digital media pioneer with a long record of entrepreneurial success, Mitch sparked a revolution in the video game industry when he founded the world’s first and largest in-game advertising network, Massive Inc., which he sold to Microsoft in 2006. He was consequently named one of the most influential people in the video game industry by the Wall Street Journal.

Mitch’s other successes include co-founding Digital Rights, acquired by Liberty One, and co-founding Parcelhouse. Mitch also served as Senior Vice President of Encyclopedia Britannica, where he was responsible for the Britannica.com and CD Rom business units.

Mitch earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Wales in Australia.
